Retailnet — Product delivered accessory(s) was missing from the package

The product are delivered without quality check and componets are missing given request to return i was been informed it will be exchange only if the company approves
but it is right how can i use the smartwatch without charging accessory which is missing in the packet of the received product
it is the fault of the packaging team why should customer suffer due to some one else negligence
please look into the same and resolve the querry
