Sir I have order a Butterfly Rapid Plus Induction Cooktop but I have received a missing item in the package. Packing was good but item is missing. Sir I am trying to create return request many times but seller/Flipkart not create my return request. Sir please help I am a genuine buyer . I will face this issue first time on my life. The item was delivered through Local Delhivery courier and I am asking to delivery boy to open the box but he says it's not my responsibility so he can't open box.
