I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the service provided by your Villupuram ST Courier branch, located at N0:7 Suthagar Nagar Main Road, Opp. New Bus Stand, Mahal, Villupuram.

I had placed an order for a food product, and upon receiving the delivery notification, the delivery personnel asked me to personally come and collect the package. As I am unable to go to the courier branch myself, I requested an alternate solution. However, despite my polite request, the staff member was uncooperative and failed to offer any resolution.

When I attempted to communicate further with her, she responded in a rude and arrogant manner, which I found unacceptable. I even offered to send someone to collect the package on my behalf, but she dismissed the idea and insisted that I personally visit the office. When I asked for the courier office address to send someone, she mentioned that she was too busy to provide it, citing that she had "100s of other tasks." I found this behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated, as it is not only inconvenient but also frustrating to deal with such poor customer service. As a customer, I expect a higher level of professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to assist.
