I have called the helpline 1914 and complained about the incorrect meter reading and absurd billing of 125 Kilo Litres of water for a residential water connection. The team assured me of a call and resolution in 10 days from 11th June'2015. complaint no. [protected] for your reference. Please issue an investigation and help me get a proper bill, so that i may pay the correct metered bill amount. The actual meter reading and the bill meter reading do not match.
