Revenue Workers — Officers and Collectors say that they are being transferred frequently, so they cannot resolve issues.

Hi, I have recently visited sub collectorate office, the reason for the visit was my agriculture land related passbooks were duplicated so I wanted to see what officers have to say for that. When I got my turn to see sub collectorate, I told him clearly the reason for the visit. He was aware of the issue because our family members were following up with revenue officers and there was a petition filed with collectorate on the same too. Do you know what collector has to say when i asked about the resolution of the issue, "5 officers have been transfered till now, so it will take time i still checking". And Revenue officers kept postponing this issue when we visit them. The case was brought to collectorate long back, I dont know why collector itself not taking this situation seriously. Goverment orginal documents are being made forgery. If i were collector, I could have made out that there would be similar cases which are still there but not brought into limelight, and I leave this things(forgery of documents) behind could lead to unnecessary problems. So my question is why every Revenue worker including sub collector is becoming so lazy and leaving such major issues behind, that they know could lead to a bigger problem for them to overcome in the future. So please take things as priority and complete them. Thanks again.
