I ordered Revlon- Hair dryer and volumizer 6 days ago, ie. on 14.1.2022.
I ordered online through the site revlonproducts.in
I made the payment and money came to be deducted from my account and I got confirmation of the same vide SMS. I did not get any confirmation of my order on my email. The SMS I received is as under

Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 1499.00 done for Gadget dealer has succeeded from payu team

I do not have a tracking id of my product and I am not able to know when it will be delivered.
Kindly look into the matter and help me resolve it.
