Revolt — Bike RV400

Purchases above mentioned vehicle on 6th August 2022 in Pune from your authorised showroom at Kalyani nager Pune ( Invoice Attached ), As per the norms I contacted service centre at pune SB Road for first servicing but due to heave rash I could not get appointment till 1st December 2022 .

On 13th November I found that the battery is not charging and it have problem so I contacted your authorised service station & described the problem with your service person. After examining the problem he told the battery & charger having problem & it required to replace which will be carried out in the warranty but it takes around 1 month which is very high time to give replacement of spares in the warranty this I reported on your website as well as on toll free no.

I purchases this vehicle for my son Mr. Raunak Limaye ( Mobil no register with you is [protected] ) for the purpose of go to collage & now due to shortage of sparse this vehicle will be under repairing condition. Due to this unreasonable down time I required to pay around Rs. 300/- per day on local traveling in pune for my son.

As per the government policy we trying to promote E-Vehicle And the OEM is not supporting to their service provider then it will be very difficult to use this type or your brand vehicles. For that there should be time limit for down time of vehicle at list in warranty period or remove manufacturing problems. Your authorized service provider not even in position to give service reports or proper challan for vehicle dropping in their station. now again it will be out of order
