We had purchased an electric Revolt bike in March 2025 on loan and since the purchase the bike is having one or the other problems. Company has changed its battery twice and post that they took it back again to test the fault as why it is having to change the battery twice within an year. Its been more than 6 months that they have kept the bile and not responding to our calls or emails with concrete solution. They are just lingering over...

I purchased revolt rv1 plus bike from revolt dealer which is located at manjari hadapsar.
The of that dealer is Anaya motors service Manjari hadapsar pune
I have facing lot of issue from this dealer.
Bad attitude
No service after sale
Rude staff
Issue not resolve since last 4-5 month
Zero support from staff
Unskilled staff
Owner never meet customer.

I have very bad experience with revolt motors.i booked my vehicle before six months but I don't have any calls about that, when I contacted to company they told me visit to our showroom then cancel it. Then I visited cancelled. But I didn't get my refund after 20 days of cancellation.after connect to contact support they are told we are looking in it after one week.

Purchases above mentioned vehicle on 6th August 2022 in Pune from your authorised showroom at Kalyani nager Pune ( Invoice Attached ), As per the norms I contacted service centre at pune SB Road for first servicing but due to heave rash I could not get appointment till 1st December 2022 .

On 13th November I found that the battery is not charging and it have problem so I contacted your authorised service station & described the problem with your service person. After examining the problem he told the battery & charger having problem & it required to replace which will be carried out in the warranty but it takes around 1 month which is very high time to give replacement of spares in the warranty this I reported on your website as well as on toll free no.

I purchases this vehicle for my son Mr. Raunak Limaye ( Mobil no register with you is [protected] ) for the purpose of go to collage & now due to shortage of sparse this vehicle will be under repairing condition. Due to this unreasonable down time I required to pay around Rs. 300/- per day on local traveling in pune for my son.

As per the government policy we trying to promote E-Vehicle And the OEM is not supporting to their service provider then it will be very difficult to use this type or your brand vehicles. For that there should be time limit for down time of vehicle at list in warranty period or remove manufacturing problems. Your authorized service provider not even in position to give service reports or proper challan for vehicle dropping in their station. now again it will be out of order

Submitted faulty charger to Revolt Velacher, Chennai service center. They said they will not give replacement, they will send it to their repair center and after repair only will give the charger. But this process will take time, I have given my charger on 17th October 2022 but till date ( 11th November 2022 ) no response . After investing almost 1.5 L and not using my bike for almost 1 month is not at all good. Who will be responsible for this.

I request people of India don't buy this bike as Revolt don't provide service to the customer. There main problem is charger and their dealer don't have a stock of charger. They send collected charger to their repair center and it will take more than 4 to 6 weeks.

No one is taking responsibility of my complaint.

So please think before buying this useless product.

No one is taking responsibility of your complaint. one more think I want to share with you, we did not buy accessories but they charge us and for refund last two months we have not received refund.

I tag Mr. Rahul Sharma on tweeter the owner of Revolt but still the issue is not resolved.

So please think before buying this useless product.

At the time of selling company offering battery switching option it's mean somehow your charger not work you can swip your battery from company.
Now company not providing the same service,
I have submitted my charger from last 18 days and company service center still not responding when will i get my charger and issue will get resolve. Due to this issue I am not able to join my job.
I don't think company is taking this issue on seriously🙁.

I gave my bike for service and repair Revolt service hub Dwarka 23-05-22.
issue in bike battery spark, shocker and throttle. But He is not repair my bike till date. I have continue follow customer care number and service center but nobody give me time that when return my bike.

The service is zero. They mislead the customer and provide no after sales service. The Hyderabad dealership is pathetic as well as the customer care is of now use. I have booked by online for a electric bike Revolt RV 400, by an amount of 19999. My booking ID is RV400-RED-P118-FEB-MAR[protected] .They said delevery of bike between february - March of 2022. But I did not get the bike till time. So I try for online cancelling of my booking. But it is not possible. There is no dealers /offices in Kerala for off line cancelling and refund. I want my money back.

My booking id is RV400-FEB- MARCH .
i book this bike around 12/10/2021.
Almost 6 month wait for bike . Booking slot over month.
I found that they dilivered bike without booking and sell on black.
Now Naroda ahmedabad revolt center told me that may be you got your bike in May end .
So why so much late . please not my concern and please try to delivery before may.

I have booked this bike and the booking id is RV400-RED-S118-JAN-FEB[protected] still not in hand.
I have made full payment Rs. 1, 48, 315.00 by 04/03/2022 when asked by revolt kolkata showroom. They have told the expected delivery date by 15/03/2022. Bike is with them but not ginning to me due to the subsidy amount from revolt to this showroom.
This is a kind of fraud and no sense of customer satisfaction. This Kolkata Revolt showroom customer care executives are pathetic. Someone called from the showroom that day and told me that you will not get the bike.
My simple thing is like why you kept my money. if not able to give please give me money. Now they said your registration is done and the number has also come. But i can sign on any paper to transfer someone.

We have booked Revolt 300 at the beginning of 2021 and were told that the deliveries will take 3 months from the date of booking.
We have been told to wait more couple of times when we visited for the delivery and finally, we canceled the booking in May 2021.

Since then we have been following up with Revolt and they are giving false promises to refund the booking amount even after 6 months.

I Rajesh Kumar had booked Revolt 400 on dated 21Jan2021 through online paid of Rs 7999/-(Rupees Seven thousand nine hundred ninety nine only) vide confirm booking no. RV-400-BLK-P118-MAR-APR[protected].
I have made this payment at Revolt Showroom Gujranwala Town Model Town Delhi
The delivery was confirmed for 23rd to 28th Aug 21.
But The company has not provided the bike for the said period.
I have contacted the co but they are delaying the time.
They are also not sure that they will provide the bike
At last I have cancelled my booking on 12Sep2021.
I am countinuing follow the co for my booking amount refund.
But still i have not received refund amount.
KIndly Help us to sort out to this issue
