We had purchased an electric Revolt bike in March 2025 on loan and since the purchase the bike is having one or the other problems. Company has changed its battery twice and post that they took it back again to test the fault as why it is having to change the battery twice within an year. Its been more than 6 months that they have kept the bile and not responding to our calls or emails with concrete solution. They are just lingering over days and its more than 1 year of purchase that we are just paying loan of the vehicle and not getting to use it.
I have been emailing the company customer care for the last many days and months but have not received any response. This is really disappointing that I have attached myself with such a poor service providing company - Revolt. This is my first time experiencing customer care not responding to the emails sent officially and finding way outs to impose a faulty bike onto us. Do note that the bike is faulty and has been in the service center several times since the purchase. It has been almost 6 months with them. That in turn has now become second hand and serviced several times due to which we do not want to keep that bike.
Give us our money back.
Contacting the Dealer in Gujranwala town is also in vain, he just says you will get it in 1-2 days and doesn't have anything to say beyond that. Was this information helpful? |
