This is Jithesh from kerala. I purchased my Revolt RV 400 bike on 04/10/2023 in Thrissur show room and I have been facing severe issues with the charger.
Charger started giving problem from 20/11/2023. Initially while charging my bike auto cut off at 97% charge. Gradually it auto cut off at 94%, 92%, 90% and now at 80%. Currently, it is unable to charge above 80 percent.Here is the range of the vehicle It is causing a lot of problems for my daily commute as it is getting low. The problem was initially reported at the service center in Thrissur, Kerala.They concluded by saying that most of the vehicle chargers manufactured in this batch have the same problem, currently the charger is not in stock and will inform when the stock is available. Even they are not sure when the stock will arrive. I requested them to give me at least a spare charger for the time being but they are not willing to do so. So please take steps to solve my problem as soon as possible.
