I purchased a Revolt electric bike and recently submitted it to the authorized service center for battery replacement. It has been more than 3 months now, but I have not received any updates or support regarding the status of my battery replacement. This is Jithesh from kerala. I purchased my Revolt RV 400 bike on 04/10/2023 in Thrissur show room and I have been facing severe issues with the charger.
Charger started giving problem from 20/11/2023. Initially while charging my bike auto cut off at 97% charge. Gradually it auto cut off at 94%, 92%, 90% and now at 80%. Currently, it is unable to charge above 80 percent.Here is the range of the vehicle It is causing a lot of problems...

I purchased my Revolt electric bike RV400 on 5/3/2022, and I have been facing severe issues with the battery system. The problems are as follows:

1.Sparking and Burning Smell: When attempting to start the bike, I have noticed sparking from the battery area, accompanied by a strong burning smell. This is a clear sign of an electrical malfunction that poses a significant safety risk.

2. Bike Won't Start: Due to the aforementioned issue, the bike has become inoperable. I am unable to use it for my daily commute or any other purpose, causing severe inconvenience.

3. Unavailability of Spare Parts: I have contacted the authorized service center for assistance, but they have conveyed that they lack the necessary spare parts to repair the bike. Moreover, I have been informed that it may take an additional 2-3 months to obtain the required components. This is completely unacceptable, as I experienced a similar situation in the past, with my bike spending 3-4 months in the service center without a resolution.

4. No Assistance from Revolt Customer Care: To exacerbate the situation, Revolt's customer care has refused to provide any meaningful assistance, leaving me in a frustrating and unsupported position.

I believe that the issues I am facing with my Revolt electric bike are not only detrimental to my safety but also a breach of the quality and reliability I expected from a reputed company like Revolt.

I kindly request your urgent intervention to address and resolve this issue. My expectations for a prompt resolution include:

1. Immediate Inspection: Arrange for an immediate inspection of my bike to identify the root cause of the issue and ensure it is rectified as soon as possible.

2. Provision of Spare Parts: Expedite the procurement and provision of the necessary spare parts required for the repair. A 2-3 month waiting period is unreasonable and untenable.

3. Alternative Solution: If it is not possible to provide a quick solution, I request that Revolt provides an alternative, such as a temporary replacement vehicle or a loaner bike to meet my transportation needs.

4. Assistance from Customer Care: Direct the Revolt customer care team to extend their support and work collaboratively in addressing my concerns.

I understand that Revolt is a well-regarded brand known for its innovative electric vehicles, and I hope that this complaint will be treated with the seriousness it deserves. I have booked the bike Revolt Rv400 on December 2022 but i haven't received the bike so i cancelled the booking on 3 july 2023. But its been more than two month now but i still didn't get any mail regarding refund. Even i contacted customer care but still they reply same we are logging your complaint will get back to you in 7-10 days but nothing happened.
They are just saying they are highlighting this to finance department but i haven't received anything till now.

I cancelled my revolt rv400 on 4th march. They told me that refund will be given in 15 working days. I also filed a complaint on their customer support service after 1 month. they assure me that refund will be given in max 7 days. Now it's almost 4 months gone no information about my refund is given. Very bad company, please don't buy any thing from them.

I have cancelled my booking on 4 April 2023 but till now no refund done. Everytime they give the same explanation and excuse.

I have cancelled my booking on 12 Dec but till now no refund done. Everytime they give the same explanation and excuse.

Every time I call customer support team, they answered me that I will get refund after 7 days.

Revolt is cheating the customers.

I cancelled my booking in December from the showroom but was only able to do it in February (the showroom delayed it). I have been waiting for the payment for the past 4 months and have called customer care multiple times, but still have not received a response. Please assist me as I have been waiting for a couple of months now. I am really tried of calling and sending emails. Please assist.

I have booked revolt bike 1 year back, at the time of I have paid 9999/- as a deposit amount. Neither I have been responded very well nor I am getting my money back.

Dear Sir,

I have cancelled booking of my revolt RV400 on 6th January by personally going at their Showroom at Senapati Bapat Road. I received booking cancellation confirmation email as well as SMS. I have been told that, booking amount will be refunded withing 7-10 days.

In the received email they have provided a mobile number (Which is not working since last week). and three representatives' email address for further assist. I am continuously sending reminder to them but have not received any response.

Now, Senapati Bapat road's representative's number is showing switched off.

It is a clear indication of fraud/ non willingness to payment of booking amount money.

I had cancelled Revolt 400 booking on 22th Nov 2022, But still not received any refund. I have shared all bank details and also raised complaint twice through Revolt customer care, But still they are asking to wait for 7-10 days.

I had book this bike in May 2022 and tentative delivery time was Jul- Aug

I have booked a revolt bike back in September 2020. I cancelled my booking in January 2021. I got an email confirmation for the same. It's now almost 2 years, & still I'm waiting for my refund. I have connected to razor pay (payment gateway), ICICI Bank & revolt Motors. Both the former confirmed that, the no such transaction initiated by revolt Motors. It's a clear case of fraud. I have checked the Google, & then got to know that, it's a kind of scam & many more like me is stucked for refund.

Kindly register my compliant.

Its been more than a month since I have cancelled the bike and more than 15 days have passed since I have given the account details but still haven't received the refund or any process from your end. So will I get the refund or not??
While booking you guys says that no problem will arise in future for refund but now there is no response from your side.
This is very bad customer service I have ever experienced.
The representative says to wait for couple of days since 1 month and the TAT was only of 15 days.

Non delivery of vehicle even after permanent registration done on 13.09.2022 with reg. No. TS08JF 1756 with the silly reason no chargers. Kindly refund our amount.

I am facing many breakdown after my bike purchase and i feel my decision of purchase electric REVOLT RV 400 very bad never feel before like this after a new vihcle purchase.

1. Emolizer problem- 28mar to 9 apr

3. Charger problem -13 aug to 9sep

1. My bike was not starting for past 2 months and contacted them.
The reply from the customer service was surprising... They are requesting us to bring the bike to the showroom workshop
for inspection...which is absolutely crazy to say as the showroom is
situated around 80km from my home town...Requesting everyone to avoid buying this stupid stuff's as I find so many features are claimed to false promises...

I Have book Revolt Motors Bike online by Payment of amount 19497 online through my credit card. Booking was cancellable. After Corona Break and lockdown in country I mailed them to cancel my order and refund amount in June 18, 2021 . Since then I am following with them but they are not refunding my amount. It been 1 years they are not refunding my amount.

Hi I booked Revolt motors on last year (2021) Oct since delivery is getting delayed I asked for cancelling my booking they took 8 months to cancel my booking and it's been 2 months since I cancelled my booking they are not refunded my booking amount . They always reply our backend team is working give us couple of days - it's been more than two months they are not responding. I got revolt bike one month ago they gave me refurb bridge charger stating that it within a week they will provide me a new charger it's been a month the referbished charger has broke down just in 4 days so I just drive my bike for only 4 days from last one month still standing.
Whenever I go to service station for a new charger they say we can't do anything we don't have anything do whatever you want which means I can do whatever I can which is actually not possible because I can't drive my bike the showroom from my house is 35 km I have to go to the showroom every time and every time they say do whatever you want you don't have charger we can't do anything I just want to return this bike I will just use it for 4 days just wanted to know how can I return this bike thank you

I had purchased RV400 bike on dated 5 march 2022 from Soham motors sb road revolt showroom pune, after 15 days my bike was totally breakdown when I visited Vimannagar Pune service center, that time service center representative told me it will takes 15-20 days time to resolve your problem after 20 days I visited again service center they told me your problem has not been resolved yet.

As this vehicle not started in last 1 month. when we trying to contact service center at jaipur. They are not convenience about this issue and i am belongs from bhilwara it is so far from jaipur so we cannot come to 2 or more time in jaipur so that please considered my vehicle service on today for any discrepancy.

I had booked revolt's bike on 2 june 2022.
they told me that u get delivery by 10th pf august.
But when i called them for theproduct they said there is no dealership in my state.
so i told them to cancel my booking.they said we cannot cancel.

I have place order on 11 July 2022 and its been 2 months now and there is no sign of delivery whatsoever. Tried contacting company they just told Mist Grey shade is not getting manufactured and its fault from company. Unable to Complain company and cant cancel booking also.
