Revv Car Rental — Scam and fraud

REVV CAR RENTAL IS A MAFIA COMPANY . THIS IS THE FIR FILED WITH NOIDA POLICE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AND THEY DID NOT GIVE MY DEPOSIT OF RS 6000 INSTEAD THEY SEND ME A BILL OF 29000 RUPEES.

I arrived from France to Delhi on business and rented from Revv car rental https://www.revv.co.in .

Below is the details of my complaint,

1)16 April car was delivered and it stopped due to electric problems and suffered business loss as i was not able to attend the trade fair and left the car in the express way took a taxi to his flat. I had told them to cancel the contract and refund my money on this first day but they continued to scam me

2) 17 April - 8 March Tyre was punctured 6 times without any assistance from Revv cars and I almost escaped from a accident which would had costed my life . I requested to change of car / refund my money repeatedly but nothing happened till today . Inspite of asking to take the car away twice they are not bothered as this is a serious matter of safety and security.

3) 7 March police stopped on the way and after repeatedly calling Revv help line and the police talking about tax / challah no help from Revv cars


The company have harresed and humuliated me based on my safety I had complained to the French embassy for entitlement on financial losses.

I request the police to intervene and help me to get my money and ask Revv car rental to take the car away so I can return to Paris safely.

I have copy and receipt, French complaint statement and othe financial losses statement
