Rex Enterprises — asking for money for extension

This company i had reached out to earn money as i was in dire need. But turns out even for extension of 2 hours they are asking 9500/- and now that i see there are so many complaints against this company and same stamp paper number is sent to all applicants, this is true that this company is a fraud company. Now this company is calling for utility charges and threatening for criminal charges. Kindly help.
