Rey Technology — harassment call and messages

Sir i got a message from whatsapp on 3feb that whether i'm interested in the online jobs.. First i refused and then i thought of trying so i just got a mail from rey technology to download the software i did it and they asked me to sign.. They sent me an verification mail and agreed to start the work and i checked the website at google and came to know it was a fake company so i informed them that i'm not interested in continuing the work... After 15 days on 18feb advocate called me and informed that he's going to lodge an complaint against me regarding breach of contract.
I'm much worried about this issue... Please help me.
