Reynolds/Reynolds Trimax — Refill

I bought a Trimax refill from a shop in Bangalore. I didn't check if it was in working condition but when I did start writing with it, the quality was terrible. So I went to the shopkeeper to get it exchanged. To my shock, he didn't replace it and instead started screaming at me. I now want that Reynolds company should have policy for returning of non working refills they sell.
