Dear Sir,
I booked MINI Projector - (L2 Projector) on 30 July 2022 by seeing online advertisement of facebook on 29.07.2022. I order of projector of cash on delivery mood. they have delivered wrong item by dtdc courier. I received a dummy projector and no use from this. the courier boy shared the payment link and collected the money of Rs.1499/- from me.
The seller of RG Group and their address is : Rg Group Wz 1965 .nangal Raya.delhi Cantt.110046 as mentioned on parcel cover.
The helpline number they have provided is [protected] and email: [protected]@gmail.com. their mobile number not connecting to anyone they receive the call provide the option but no one will speak with customer and stay on line without any response.
this is really cheeting to customer by taking money and not supplied the ordered material.
