Fraud. Some plastic dummy box sent in place of mini projector. Now help line number and order confirmation numbers are not reachable either disconnected or blocked. Please do something to stop such fraud and action for refund.

Dear Sir,
I booked MINI Projector on 13th January 2023 by seing online advertisement, on 13.01.2023 they have delivered wrong item which is dummy projector and no use from this. the courier boy shared the payment link and collected the money of Rs.1499/- from me.
The seller of RG Group and their address is : Rg Group Wz 1965 .nangal Raya.delhi Cantt.110046 as mentioned on parcel cover.
The helpline number they have provided is [protected] and email: [protected]@gmail.com. their mobile number not connecting to anyone they receive the call provide the option but no one will speak with customer and stay on line without any response.
this is really cheeting to customer by taking money and not supplied the ordered material.
Please refund my 1499/- ASAP.
