RG Hospital — Unethical conduct in hospital

My mother has to undergo kidney stone procedure.
We are advised not to take any food and water, so we followed the same. And got admitted in morning all formalities are done, and we are waiting for them to start procedure.
It's been more than 3 hours when we're advised to be ready to be called in OT, but no call was received. On asking again and again they said, doctors are busy with other cases. But when I went to the operation...
