I am Pankaj kumar Das was student of RGPV and completed my B. E.(Mechanical[protected] batch, Roll number 0217me111031 .I am apply last year my degree till to date is not received.I was many times call on helpline numbers didn't getting any response from university helpline numbers. please help me other wise file RTI.

07:28 on 30 November 2018 my 7th semester exam form 2350 transection amount is deducted sccessfully from my Central Bank of India account via phonepay UPI ID but that transaction is failed by RGPV. That amount is still not refunded till now.
