rgpv university — Unethical behavior, No proper response of query and helpline is not at all useful

I am trying to reach to the support from last month
1. regarding my name correction in my degree & marksheet, need some document information
2. Need n number of transcripts from university in sealed envelop
3. instead of admission slip in name correction form what document will work to upload in online application form (will the return paper sealed by college which stats that I was the college student will work instead of admission slip).
4. While applying for the name correction in marksheet do I have to apply again for the degree
5 corrected marksheets in how many days I can receive.
above mention comments are my queries
I tried every number which is mentioned in the portal
but no one picks up the call and they picked once by mistake i think and by saying 'HELLO' 10 time they disconnected the call.
I am not the local resident of the Bhopal who can visit the university again and again without getting the exact info about the process i cant afford to university again n again.
