Rhysetta — baggage

They have taken my baggage for repairing which was broken in just a month of purchasing and they have still not returned after 3 months and still say to wait for a week or a two... They are not even answering properly and neither giving my money back nor giving a replacement.
They on top of that give fake numbers as well as fake mail address
Every time we visit there is a different sales man and always gat a different answer
We bought it from growels 101 mall in kandivali
There are no proper answers given we are told that next week you will get it at home and we nor get the bag or any call for apologize also and as we visit the shop they tell us that wait for five minutes and then they tell us that the person who took your purse is not there he will come the next day... I visited the shop for 6 to 7 times taking out my time from busy schedule but there is no proper response
They have troubled me so much that i should also take the compensation for that cause i stay away from the shop and every time i have to visit that place with wasting my money and time
