They have taken my baggage for repairing which was broken in just a month of purchasing and they have still not returned after 3 months and still say to wait for a week or a two... They are not even answering properly and neither giving my money back nor giving a replacement.
They on top of that give fake numbers as well as fake mail address
Every time we visit there is a different sales man and always gat a different answerbr...

I had bought a handbag of Rhysetta in sale, 1500/- after discount and within a month its skin started peeling off . Its hardly used may be 2-3 times . I had taken the bag from Pheonix Market City, Kurla and the store manager was Prabhat Gupta and he was not even sorry for the serivice. Its disgusting . And before it gets worst which it seems to surely get i would like to bring this into your notice. Its lierally peeling off and tearing apart...

i had purchase a sling bag from a shop name rhysetta,located at a very reputed mall
korum in thane west.
this was purhased on 4th august 2010 as per bill no 556 for a price of rs-1344/- paid
cash .name and adress of the firm on cashmemo is as under;-
italian design bag age pvt ltd
shop no 22 2nd floor korum mall thane west.
inspite of several complaints and bag retained by them ,now refused to excange/give...
