[Resolved]  Richa Sofware Solutions — Richa Software Solutions is a scam

My self Paresh Mehtaa working with Richa Software Solutions, BPO department from past few months and continue with Customer Application Form Filling Process for 15 Ids.Initially i have taken 5 Ids then i am increased more Ids.

But i am completely surprise when i viewing several comments by people.As these company are making perfect guideline to us. We are initially not achieved our accuracy but after 2nd, 3rd slot of workload we are also maintain the accuracy.On the mean while we are got very good billing from them.

This is very easy to make any scam message against any company but we should also make any positive feedback.we are always focus one side of the coin not view both side.

1st of all i just want to update you that, you mentioned on the above message as "ambuja sahoo" then "ambuja mohanty" and still confusing you that not proper of my name.Also you mentioned as my company location is at "nagpur" which is not true.

If you really agree that you paid me rs 3, 00, 000/- and also some extra amount free to come to my office at any time or can contact me at below contact numbers.

Now i already tracked your ip address and also your address details for which i am already done cyber complain against you also sending you the legel notice for the same.

I am working with Richa Software Solutions since 2 years in Form filling and Proof Reading Projects and i always got paid for my efforts whenever accuracy level is achieved. So stop making such false comments on blogs. If you are true, post your correct details so that company can contact you and give solution to your problems. I know usually all such fake comments are done by competitors to spoil the image of the company.

It seems like, this Ambuj sahoo, is still threaten the customer...useless fellow... These type of stupid companies should be ban.

When we look into there website, it looks like ...they dont even know how to build a website, how can somebody expect that they will done any kind of projects.

I don't have so much time to reply or find such foolish and coward people like you who show their frustration on public portal even by hiding their identity.

There are many jealous and foolish competitors like you who try to affect my business by posting such comments online. We have also informed SAVE BPO to look into the matter and take necessary action for using their name to post fake comments.Clients who have any issues they directly contact us to solve their matters as our contact is publicly open to all on our website. Such comments with no identity and baseless matters are only posted by fake people like you.Who are jealous with the company business.

We are a BPO company based in Delhi, taken BPO process from Richa Software Solutions from 11th Feb-2015 to till date.Initially we have been taken 10 seats from them and initially continuing for 2 months then we have expanded to 20 seats more.

But 1 point i like to share that, Richa Software solutions service is the best service in BPO industry.I have never been seen this type of great service company from any one.Yes i have been losses nearly about 17 Lakhs in BPO industry by giving Upfront amount to several fraud consultant but at that time i am on that stage for planing to close down my complete office as i have break my bone in this field.

And yes as of now we are very happy with the service from the Richa software solutions.I have been visited their office personally at the time of SLA sign up.

So as of now as per me Richa Software solutions is the best BPO service provider in India.They have every solutions against every technical issues which we are like mostly.

This is Vishesh from south region running a software company along with 17 team members from 1st December-2012 in the Indian market.Then i plan to start a BPO set up and contact Richa Software Solutions based at bhubaneswar, Odisha on 22nd April 2014.This is our 3rd BPO company to whom i contacted. I have been loosed near about 3.25 Lakhs in this field from 2 other blaady guys who has cheated with me by providing bpo process.

But when i personally contacted to Richa Software Solutions found this company is very very genuine and good in BPO field.Their working strategy is very nice.I found that for making better service they having several departments in the BPO work.I am getting continue billing from them and fully satisfy with their working culture.They are much more co-operative to us for solving any issues.

This is Mr Mehul taken 10 numbers of Credit Card Form Filling process from Richa Software Solutions.I have gone to their office and meet with their Director Mr Ambuj Sahoo. He is one of very very genuine and good kind of person and guide me for best bpo process.Before that i have personally visited so many bpo company but everybody just ask about money first then entertain about process but i seen Richa software solutions is the best BPO service company in india. As when i talked with their bdms they are very very professional approach in the word and well trained.They are using the corporate gmail id, postpaid no and professionally mail presentation..

Again i am completely surprised that when i seen this type of shameless complain against richa software solutions and yes i am also read one by one all the comments all are created from any fake id means it is very easy to blame anybody and post any message against them as this is service industry.I can't found any type of genuine complain who has shared any bad experience against Richa Software from his .Yes it is very easy to blame anybody in the market but it is very difficult to make positive feedback about any body.

I am feel very proud that i am making 100% help for making a good and personal experienced against Richa software solutions.

Hope those who are doesn't known to any company or doesn't experienced any service at least don't blame to any body as they may loss the image in the market.

I got a mail intimation from you regarding the inquiry about Richa Software Solutions.Mr Khan i like to suggest if you have any plan to take any process from them then it is best to go there office and seat with Mr Ambuj he will guide you for best process for your center.

Mr Khan also i like to share with you that, we are investing minimum 5/10 lakhs in our back-end while we start any process set up but we are hesitate to spend just 5/10 K for physical meeting which is best for 100% clearance about any company. Instead of this we are just take help of this type of forum which is not up to mark satisfactory clearance about any company.

Yes as per me i seen Richa software solutions since 2011 in the market and having very strong support team.So best to directly contact to them and go to their office for any sign up.You can't judge who is right who is wrong unless you have done an official meeting with them.
