[Resolved]  Richa Sofware Solutions — Richa Software Solutions is a scam

I Guess both blamer and convicted guys create extra email id's to fight and prove them genuine. I don't see more than one post of mail id's written in support of Richa Software Solutions.

We are a software company, planning to open our center. We are communicating with Richa software over email. Can anyone help by sharing your experience with them?

After reading all these post I'm even more confused and don't know what is true.

I read your mail.As I was a center of Richa Software Solutions, I thought it would be fruitful to share my views.Before going for the process I have also contacted to this forum, but got confused that who is right and who is wrong.Again I came to know that these complaints are marked as resolved by consumer forum. So I went to Richa Softwarte Solutuions, cross verified about their company documents and discuss everything openly with them.

Finally, I took the process from Richa Software Solutions.Their service, cooperation, guidance is very nice according to me.So it is my suggestion that you also visit there once because you will get several views and comments from such type of forum and people. Every one have separate views.

Also discuss everything openly with them and ask for maximum flexibility you want. I hope they will cooperate with you as much as possible.After all proceed further with your choice and best decision. Wish you a good luck...

Richa software solution has fraud with me after taking the payment not provide the service to me as consulting at time of taking payment so i will be want to refund my payment because we and all our company employ depended on this payment for their family income.

Richa Software is a Fraud company and Frauds people.

Yes, they are fraud, no confusion in that, just recently we cheated by them, please dont belive them, they took 5 lakhs from us, we spent 12Lakhs rupees of investment to setup new office with lot of hopes and we recruited 20 employees, we waisted 2months time, finally they didn't give any project, no reply from client, while keep on calling them, finally they were telling that, you can proceed legally, for your money. we can't return your money, indirectly they told, waterver you do, we won't give ur money back. now we lost almost 20Lakhs rupee, because of them. just its fake, please be careful with them. Now we are facing lot of financial problems due to them.

His name Ambuj Kumar Sahoo from richa software solutions, [protected] and his client Ambuj Kumar Sahoo, [protected] from Wizards Technomind Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad

They both are together cheating people for earning lakhs of rupees. They will speak very nicely, like anybody can trust them, thats why many people are cheated by them. please please dont belive watever they say, or else you will be in trouble like us.

This is like to just update you that, we have crossed check with our client database no one having this named as "GURUKALYANI" or having mail as :-maheswar.[protected]@gmail.com.This means you are completely a Fake person who try to make attempt a Fake post for Fool to the normal customer.If you really giving us 5 Lakh then why shouldn't you mentioned your company name and original identity.Yes people are known to us very professionally.

Also if you gone through your post then you seen that, you have mentioned my name as also as my client name as same and also putting wrong mobile number means again you are trying to miss guide to the normal people.

We already shut a Legal Notice at your mentioned mail:-maheswar.[protected]@gmail.com which is shown as bounced mail and also we have cross checked with consumer forum company as your forum ID has just created on 22nd Jan 2017.THIS ALL ATTEMPT FOR A NEGATIVE IMAGE ABOUT OUR COMPANY WHICH IS CLEARLY PROVED AS FALSE.

this is my personal view that in any public forum and social media sites thre is no any authenticity that is why any court either civil or high either suprim court of india does not consider as a proof of authenticity but it may confuse somebody like me to identify the real or fake so please request to all that do not post such type of comment with any fake id if you realy want to help others then please come with your original id and add proof

Guys just giving you all a update do not deal with RICHA SOFTWARE SOUTIONS they are here just to make fool and hundreds of wrong commitment just to signed up with them Service Level Agreement (SLA). We have taken Novel Typing project which is 300 pages per ID should complete within 30days (including Sundays. Festivals) one error per page. After completion of work submission they are giving three types of QC reports for one workload the payment varies from INR 1380 to INR 17660 a hike of near about 1200%, which are enclosed. We are taken Data typing 5 i.d’s from this Company RICHA SOFTWARE SOUTIONS, Bhubaneswar Orissa, As 5 i.d’s, we making the Payment of INR 14, 000/- per each ID. We are working since two months, Before taking the process, this Person call in the late night, and evening also, but after the signup SLA this Person don’t accept our call, nobody in his office pick our call any time his number got busy, show as rule, that office time over?? his language is hares, we got the information as well as sufficient proof that the i.d cost is only INR 7, 000/- So why this Company taken us INR 14, 000/- for each i.ds?.See below the attachment of his mail screen shot of how he collect money, we appreciate his cunningness and fraud, we want to make awareness to all about a scam company (RICHA SOFTWARE SOUTIONS) Mr.Ambuj Sahoo don’t be foolish us we publish it various web sites, news papers even we forwarded your scam to Ministry of Social justice, Ministry of Information and broadcasting, Ministry of Home, and various Ministry that how a person with register a company collect money to be foolish to others, in the Name of BPO Industry. Wadekum myself Laxmi your employee, I hope you remember us and waiting for the salary from your side from last 2 months. You are postponing our salary every day and I got to know that you posted a complaint online against RICHA SOFTWARE SOLUTION here. When I read your complaint I got to know that you got the payment from RICHA SOFTWARE SOLUTION whereas, you were telling us that you didn't get any single payment from them. You lied to us on our face. We know that RICHA paid according to the accuracy that we achieved and you are posting wrong complaints here just to satisfy your ego. Sir, they have supported us in every query in a perfect way and you are blaming them which is very unethical. We request you to clear the salaries of your employee and don't cheat with us, our money is very important to us as we worked hard for you. You are focused on our work and not supported in the proper guideline. We are surprised that you are here unable to release our salary and here blaming someone who supported at the perfect way.

Now we are going to make a labour case against you as you are not paid our 7 employees salaries from last 2 month.
