Ridaex — tv has problem within warranty period.. and they are not responding

We ordered ridaex 55 inch android smart tv in 2018 and waited for 2 months.. At last got it delivered in august.
In 2019, june problem started with tv... The screen image gets splitted into 2 parts and the image started jumping.
Then we called customer care number many times. After trying for so many days we sent an email and complained about it.
After few days they called back. They said they will do the needful.
Its been almost 6 months now. But still nobody came for repair or replace.
