Ridcor — No digital method of payment for Toll, only Cash accepted

I was traveling from Delhi to Tijara on 16-Apr and there was a RIDCOR toll collection booth near Tapukara (called Bhiwani to Bhindushi RIDCOR 221). First of all, they dont have any booth for FASTag users. Not just that, there is no other digital mechanism to pay the toll, but only Cash. The person at the counter also was not helpful and rude, as if we are at fault that we are not paying by Cash, however they should have had digital payment methods. No UPI, Paytm, GooglePay or any of the cards (debit, credit) can be used. I had to come off my car, and they wasted 10 mins, arguing and hassling me. Finally, when i said I dont have any cash, their supervisor asked me to pay to his personal UPI account (Braj Kishor So Vinod Singh). Both the toll receipt and the payment reference are attached. I dont know if 75 Rs. is a valid toll, nowehere it was mentioned on any board, but that is what they asked me to pay. The biggest issue is wasting commuter's time and others behind waiting for their turns, and on top of that, behaving badly as if the user is at fault. I urge the concerned authority to take some urgent action on this to help other commuters, and if not compensating for the harassment and loss of time, should refund any excess amount charged.
