Dear Sir,

I have pass the mahindra pick up from Tijara Toll Distt Khairthal Tijara on dated 01.02.2024. and they have taken the toll charges for MINI Bus/Bus instead of light motor vehicles. whey we make question they they ready for fight and told us that if you did not make the payment then you can take reverse the vehicle. Our toll charges for pick is like mini bus. The Toll Ticket Number is 03937

Today I was driving my swift RJ 13 CB 3275 From Hanumangarh to Sangaria.At Toll plaza there I paid cash rupees 45 and got a return slip at 8:46 AM on 3rd October 2022 at booth no2.When I returned in the evening at 5:23 and could cross only at 5:40 i.e.17 minutes waiting at the plaza.Not only the delay but also I got a message as I have been charged Rupees 30 as toll through my HDFC fastag.Kindly return the money within a day otherwise I shall be free to take legal action against the company for delay as well as for receiving double toll.

I am living in Nimai green society near the toll plaza of ridcor ie. (alwar-bhiwadi toll plaza) situated. According to National Highway no toll tax paid if local resident within 3km .but collect toll tax and very misbehaved stall of toll plaza .please let me know if we can get any help regarding the same. because too many people suffering due to this

I was traveling from Delhi to Tijara on 16-Apr and there was a RIDCOR toll collection booth near Tapukara (called Bhiwani to Bhindushi RIDCOR 221). First of all, they dont have any booth for FASTag users. Not just that, there is no other digital mechanism to pay the toll, but only Cash. The person at the counter also was not helpful and rude, as if we are at fault that we are not paying by Cash, however they should have had digital payment methods. No UPI, Paytm, GooglePay or any of the cards (debit, credit) can be used. I had to come off my car, and they wasted 10 mins, arguing and hassling me. Finally, when i said I dont have any cash, their supervisor asked me to pay to his personal UPI account (Braj Kishor So Vinod Singh). Both the toll receipt and the payment reference are attached. I dont know if 75 Rs. is a valid toll, nowehere it was mentioned on any board, but that is what they asked me to pay. The biggest issue is wasting commuter's time and others behind waiting for their turns, and on top of that, behaving badly as if the user is at fault. I urge the concerned authority to take some urgent action on this to help other commuters, and if not compensating for the harassment and loss of time, should refund any excess amount charged.

I need to travel 10 to 15 km daily bhiwadi market to ashiana town, in my way one of the toll plaza of ridcor ie. (alwar-bhiwadi toll plaza) situated. according national highway rule price of local toll plaza is 280 to 300 INR. but they are charged 645 INR that is too much for us. please let me know if we can get any help regarding the same. because too many people suffering due to this.

The toll plaza person at Bhiwadi Rajasthan is refusing to have the fast tag machine.They say the Rajasthan government has not given them fast tag machines and the government only takes cash. They are insisting only cash or Google pay. On asking for notifications no Government notifications shown where fast tag is not accepted is shown. There was no ID proof shown to us on asking them. The complaint book they mentioned we will have to visit their office in order for us to get the same. They are frauding the Central Government and State government.

Worst condition of roads still we are required to pay road TOLL.This is very disappointed as we are required to pay for service which we are not even using. Thanks a lot for this ### up service Team ridcor

Illegitimate toll collection and worst condition of roads, we are required to pay everyday for worst condition of roads and the toll price is increasing every quarter, please look into this, it's a humble request, people are getting cheated!

Myself Dr. Priyanka medical officer incharge, CHC Bonli sawai madhopur... As per order of collector sawai madhopur I m allowed to travel without toll fee... Bharoti toll staff interrupts me in every 7 days... They collect in group and start teasing, laughing like... Are Ye to vo madam hain jinke pass collector ka order h... Are Ye to vo gadi h.. Today morning they gathered in group of 4-5 and stopped my car for 15 minutes and misbehaved... Like corona to gaya madam... Order to purana ho gya madam...
Most of time they do this all purposely to make fun ...i am a doctor and doing all Covid duties and I found this behavior strongly insulting.. Being a female doctor this is already very difficult to travel alone for duties, , and this disrespectful behavior cause mental harassment to me ...
Try to cooperate... At least do something respectful to those who are fighting for your life without thinking about their own life

Bhiwadi toll tax

Toll tax official are not allowed local residents to pass for frew, they charge for 600 rs even for local residents residing in nearby villages and society even in 500 mtrs radius
They dont wear masks and act like goons too.
Even this toll comes under Muncipal corporation area.

Dear sir
21/02/2020 i travel by a private car from sangaria to hanumangarh,, i m a government gajerted officer card issued by ias of rajasthan state,, i also have a patwari i'd card of my relative which is also with me but the toll officer don't accept it and also misbehave with us.
I write a complaint on toll plaza register,, my complaint no is 814 date 21/02/2020. The incharge off toll plaza don't give me receipt of my complaint
Please tell me what happened about my complaint status.

My name is rohit garg, i was travelling from hanumangarh (Raj) to salasar dham (Churu, rajasthan) on 15th march on my car at 12:30 pm. At hanumangarg toll plaza. Out of 3 lanes, 2 were closed and also there was not any guard or helper or server to manage vehicles in one lane. People were fighting n abusing to enter in single lane first, when i asked about this poor service, they said it always happens here, just mind your business.
I waited 12 mins to pass throught toll plaza. This is totally shameless and non acceptable.
I caught some clicks which shows only one lane was working out of 3.

I had been working in an multinational company for almost ten years, which is based at delhi .
I changed the company to join IL&FS company (RIDCOR).
The transfer of PF was applied at Jaipur, Rajasthan on 27th Feb 08. After a long wait and approaching PF office Delhi, we were told that the form has not been sent to us from Jaipur office.
To great surprise when we again approached Jaipur they informed us that your form has been lost and you will have to submit it again .
We submitted again on 21st Oct 08, Now on inquiring they are again saying to my agent that the form is misplaced you will have to submit it again.
My old PF No is DL/19936/016 and new company PF no is RJ/15614/40.
Please help and guide me in this matter
