I am Rupesh Mukherjee ([protected]) from Bangalore and I have booked Kerala trip for 26th Dec, 2015 on words with Ride My Destination. The booking date was OCT end, 2015. Anil from Ride My Destination had called me up and told me about the package details and asked me to transfer half of the amount Rs 30000/- to their account. I did that and again the same guy kept on asking me to transfer rest of the amount, I transferred another rs 15000/-.So total Rs 45000/-.
After I transferred the amount to their account they stopped sending me mails and stopped calling also. They didn't even replied on my mails and when ever I call them up, they either don't pick up or if by mistake they pick up, after i tell my name, they disconnect. They never disclose who is the CEO or MD of this company. I had finally cancelled my trip with them on 19th of Nov. According to the cancellation policy mail, money should have come back to my account in next seven days, but still they have not transferred the amount and they don't even acknowledge my call.
I have sent them legal notice for my money reversal, that also has come back.I have seen a couple of more complaints about the same company for cheating customers. I am afraid that like us there could be few more people who have been victimized by this company.
I strongly think this company has come up only for this tourism season, once this season is over, they will close their operation after cheating as many people as they can.
It has been 45 days my money has not been sent back.
Please save us from these kind of fraudulent companies who exploits the customer's money.

Once I got Yogesh on call and he said money will be transferred in next 9 to 10 days but almost 45 days are over.
I will add all my email conversations as well as the recorded conversations if needed.
