We have initially booked our package with full moon holidays for kashmir for 5n 6d & 4n 5 days -2 packages -4 adults 24/9/15 & 29/9/15 by paying 10k, 10k twice for 2 packages transaction details were their for all transactions. Hello its priyanka here. Had booked tour from your travel agency and paid 60k. But u had confirmed me the tour details and arrangement was worst. The tour plan cancelled because in efficiency to book the flight n tour plan from your end. Further to this there were no proper response from your end. Your person assured with in 15days money will refund but till now no response or money back. And all numbers are switched off. N no one is responding...

THey asked to transfer half the amount as its their company policy and then only they can book the tickets and hotels . After i transferred amount, none of them responded . Everytime i call some new person will pick the call and get the whole story from us again and again and will never call back. No response to mails for the refund also....
