i wish to lodge a complain regarding misbehaviour by evening attendant ranjit on 29/6/15 at 2:00 pm in the nightas whenever you call he screams back and says he does not know anything about electricity . this has happened on many instances and i wish to bring it to your notice that such misbehaviour cannot be accepted if they are on customer support they have to make a effort to help or else kindly change the person . only in cases of discomfort residents call up, they keep phone lines engaged or busy and after million attempts when you reach this fellow he says much yahan bathene ko kaha hai i don't have any information or numbers of anybody else come to office in morning .
