Rimyrah.com — Pathetic customer care and fraud with the refund | |||||
Order # [protected] AMOUNT: 1919 Confirmed with the sales team over mails whether the refund is possible before placing the order. Placed the order on 6th October, 2016. It was returned and reached their warehouse on 20th October, 2016. Initially, they denied that they had received the order. Later, I took the details from the courier facility and contacted them. They agreed and said that the refund has been processed. It's been 2 months and have placed 50+ calls. On the name of customer care, they have one person named Akash, who doesn't know how to talk and harasses people over calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
