Ring Pay Later — Fraud in Due date

I am a ring user you charged me in 2 days late fine of Rs 850 on my transaction Rs 12, 292. Due to some medical reason in my family I am not able to pay this right now will complete the payment till 1 September 2023. But by seeing their behaviour just in 2 days you are charging Rs 850 late fine fee. I am going to register a complaint in court of law against as even credit card and bank give time on medical reason and not charge so much late fine fee.
