The application has some bugs, since i was not able to open the application i was not able to pay loan amount on due date, itried opening the app for 2 hours but server was down and applocation was showing white blank screen and next day i was charged penalty i also have the proof where i have recorded in phone video recorder.

I have taken a loan of 11717 Rs From ring loan app and they charged me 15153 Rs . this is too much they charge 9% Intrest but they always add[protected] rs for transaction fees and 2000 Rs overdue...

I have taken loan of 20000 but they are saying pay 25000 rs loan amount I am jobless I don't have any jobs now the collection agent call me and threatening me
I am about to suicide in 2 or 3 days...

I am a ring user you charged me in 2 days late fine of Rs 850 on my transaction Rs 12, 292. Due to some medical reason in my family I am not able to pay this right now will complete the payment till 1 September 2023. But by seeing their behaviour just in 2 days you are charging Rs 850 late fine fee. I am going to register a complaint in court of law against as even credit card and bank give time on medical reason and not charge so much late...

I have taken a loan amount of Rs 15000. But due to a road accident I meet. It is not possible for me to pay loan amount at that time. Now I am in better condition than before. But the total amount now is 18508. Which is tooo High for me and also i am able to pay this amount in small installments. Please try to understand my situation as I belong to poor family. My family condition is not soo good.
Kindly resettlement my loan amount...

Ring pay is biggest fraud say 0 transaction fee 0 hidden fee but now all transaction hve 1000 transaction fee and membership fee

These people are going to my grandmas house and threating her warning her even after I paid the loan of 3k please save us

The intrest rate it too high that is 10% that too for every 15 days it's really bad experience I'm literally not able to repay back my loan the loan tenure is 15 days how can we repay back in such a small amount of time

They came to our home and said 0%interest and no charges first transaction they not charged and fees later they started 10% transaction fees and other charges for 15days and cheating us

Instant loans offer me 11000 show but credited amount 9000 and they are transection fee highily charge 1800 transaction fee and and show 24 months but click a offer and repay 15 day in full ammount and this app emi amount then large amount band prosseed 500 extra pay 2025 they are fraud plz help...

They give you money without much documents or verification and here start the game they charge 10% on each transaction so if you take 1000 you have to pay 100 extra for 15 days and if the starting date is 1-15 if you take money on 13th even though you have to pay 1100 on 15th . Not only that they will charge you money for paying also it is called transaction fee by them where the in world people would charge extra money even for paying 🙄??? And most important thing is if you pay your bill you wont able to take loan immediately they will restrict you for few days months no one will know untill they themsel[censored]nblock it So you will suffer a lot don't take any money from this app that too for 15 days or less they are charging 10% intrest for escaping legal problems they call it transaction fee very bad app they are looting crores from the innocent people who is in need of money .

My suggestion is don't install this app don't take loan

This is prabhukarthik, i have ring app, today I repaid the loan, then the app shows you have the instant loan eligibility, so i applied that time, it shows tenure is 24 months, then after click ok, it shows the repayment date is Jan 16th, for full amount,

Why you give instant loan for 24 months, after we accept offer you changed repayment in one shot within 15 days???
Please give the repayment as 24 months or cancel my loan. I don't want to take any loans in your company in future.
Do the needful and update the status asap.

Ring app gave 3000 credit loan but I haven't took that amount but I don't know how they deducted the money. Now they are forcing me to pay the money

Insta loan tenure is just of 15 days
The short time loan amount that was good but there is no option to get that offer back

No benefit of ring pay later priority membership

Last month i cleared all the outstanding amount before due date,
after that i can't able to use ring. it shows simply this mode of payment is not available.
I send a lot mobiles and calls to company still now my problem is not resolved and they are simply please wait we are updating .
please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I am using ring pay later for two months..On sep 28th i cleared my bill and paid priority membership fees...After that i am not able to use my limit..I raised complaints several times..Only getting automated replies...They are frauds...So i decided to complaint here..Please try to do something.Thanks

I am student iam using ring past one month it was charging more and more amount I was taken 1300 but it was charging 1700 I was trying to contact through many services but they are not at all responding to anything...

I have use ring pay later aap but this is very foolish servies and ftoud with all indian custmers they are told my increse fees 750 but not increse any limit and i have pay all dues but not use any limit to avilable and there custmer supoort are only told busy it the moment i have call 90 to 100 time a day but not any resposnce to there custmer supoort ..and there aaps only say pay out standing bills.

The company ring pay later is totally fraud they are charging very interest rate from the costumers the are putting very high limit increase fees and one time activation fees and it is written in the agreement that it is totally free

The ring pay later is adding limit increase fees in the bill without permission of the costumers and taking charges which are very high

A known person who works in ring came to me, took my phone and installed ring app. Without kyc i got credit limit of 1000. He told me not to pay the amount and also took 500 rs from the account as he said you got loan without kyc.
Ring app advertises no hidden charges but they take high charges in form of limit increase fee, transaction fee, overuse fee, convenience fee etc

I am complaining about ring pay later app. app charge me like increase limit fee around 750 rs .why ring pay later charge for this kind iam not telling them to increase limit.ring app is fraud app pls pls help me .

In second bill they (Ring PayLater) included 'Limit Increase fee' Rs 800. They think we users r dumbo. Is there any sense for 'Limit increase fee' hahaha.
I paid only what I used. I will, not pay ur nonsense fee and ready to fight battle in court. I will take legal action again ring app.

The app is not working

One stranger came and told me that he is advertising Ring pay apps, He told me that he is from ring pay and every referral he will earn some money, So i made an account from his referral and he told me that if you dont want to use ring pay then uninstall it and i uninstalled Ring pay but after 1 month i got a message from ring pay that i have used 2000 rupees from ring pay and i have to pay it now.
