Purchase Details: Online purchase from Flipcart Tax Invoice # CI/15-16/FC/00870 Order ID: OD[protected] Order Date:[protected] Invoice Date:[protected] Product :FSN: MOBE7YEYHZCHUPCF Rio London [IMEI/Serial No: [[[protected]]] after two months of purchase the battery getting swell up.. for more than a week I am seeking help and asked to replace the battery from Rio Mobile Support center as well as Flipcart but they are not bothered though Flipcart responded with an excuse that battery replacement in warranty does not comes under their business policy..There is no authorised Service Center in West Bengal. Rio Support is not picking up my calls neither they are responding to any of my mails.. I contacted to this following numbers. Very bad service infact no after sales services
Display damaged after 2 months of purchasing, tried all the helpline numbers, flipcart toll free and corporate office and all other numbers . The only response got is service is stopped .
I am not asking for a free service.
How can they stop service to the existing customers however they can stop selling new mobiles which are very much still available online. The new mobile purchased recently has just got wasted.
This is just cheating.
Can any body help????
