I booked a Jaapa maid thru this agency and she took the advance in December 2022 to send a maid in March 2023; because as per her jaapa to be booked in 3-months advance. Afterwards she stopped picking calls, well the maid arrived on March 10, 2023 and she wasn’t any jaapa but a household work maid who doesn’t even know any household work plus can’t do anything related to the baby, she took 25k from me and I messaged and called her so many times to change the maid and send Jaapa maid instead but never answered, big fraud she is! Now I’ve spent 25k for someone who doesn’t know how to do any work except eating, sleeping and being on call all day long.
