Sharing my recent experience with Rita Nurse & Maid Bureau incase anyone is considering to engage with them. Complete frauds they send regular maids to do baby work & call them 'jhapas.' I booked a Jaapa maid thru this agency and she took the advance in December 2022 to send a maid in March 2023; because as per her jaapa to be booked in 3-months advance. Afterwards she stopped picking calls, well the maid arrived on March 10, 2023 and she wasn’t any jaapa but a household work maid who doesn’t even know any household work plus can’t do anything related to the baby, she took 25k from me and I messaged and called her so many times to change the maid and send Jaapa maid instead but never answered, big fraud she is! Now I’ve spent 25k for someone who doesn’t know how to do any work except eating, sleeping and being on call all day long. At this time of rest, I am the one doing everything for the kid and cooking for her as well

She has taken a money of 20000 rupees as an advance towards baby sitting service as she told that one month advance is mandatory

She has to book tickets and give advance to the person who will be coming

After I transferred the payment she didnt pick the call

In WhatsApp MSG giving me all sorts of excuses and blocked my call

March 2023. They took money from me in advance for nanny and then stopped taking my calls. They didn't send any nanny not returned my money. They are frauds.

I booked a nanny for my baby from this agency in February and since then it has been 6 months but the agency does not pick up my calls, nor they reply to texts, they have always made a fool of me saying that they will send someone next week but then they do not pick up calls.
They have taken 75000 INR from me and they do not event return it

Myself Prashant Shirke resident of Pune, Maharashtra. I have received information of Ms Rita from Kolkata, who provides services of Home maids. Based on our telephonic conversation on 6th March 22, we agreed that Ms Rita will provide a maid to me at Pune against monthly charges of 18, 000.00 Rs per month. On the same line, I have transferred Rs 18.000.00, as a first-month payment on 7th March 22 ( Payment details attached).

Ms Rita sent one maid on 12 March 22, but as promised this maid was not qualified & trained to assigned works. Due to her incompetency, we sent her back to Kolkata on 18 March 22 after a discussion with Ms Rita & I informed her I want to stop the services.

Ms Rita agreed to pay the money back before 10th April 22, & till date, she has not kept her promise & didn't attend any of my calls. I want to register case of fraud and request you to take action against her.

Sir/Madam, Kindly take strict action against Ms Rita as she have done this with many consumers, a screenshot of the online review is given below.
