March 2023. They took money from me in advance for nanny and then stopped taking my calls. They didn't send any nanny not returned my money. They are frauds....

I booked a nanny for my baby from this agency in February and since then it has been 6 months but the agency does not pick up my calls, nor they reply to texts, they have always made a fool of me saying that they will send someone next week but then they do not pick up calls.
They have taken 75000 INR from me and they do not event return it...

Sharing my recent experience with Rita Nurse & Maid Bureau incase anyone is considering to engage with them. Complete frauds they send regular maids to do baby work & call them 'jhapas.'
