ritz — Inappropriate practices in behavior & fraud | |||||
Ritzis a local isp for worli location in mumbai. The company is not in favour of the users at all. They interrupt the services whenever they like & i assume they are doing it manually. On 28th august from morning ee kept on calling them on their mentioned numbers but the landline was all the time switched off & the mobile number is answered if they wish to. Their technician has his number printed on the bill when tried to reach him, he says to call the office & it's not his business. He throws attitude & abruptly disconnects the calls. This is just not only the case with me, realized later this is the case with all the ones using ritz as isp. Its just been 2 days & i am being mentally tortured by the ritz people. When my brother reached to their office to get this fixed so that i can start using the service & resume my shift as i work from home & i get penalised for such internet issues, they said its half day & we are rushing home. Can't help you! I ma paying my hard earned money & in return i get the saddest service involving inhumanity. The person also forgot that he is talking to a female. This is no at all the type of customer service that i should be getting! I have noticed many local service providers behave in such manner because users cannot do anything, but i want to stand to put this to an end. Please suggest what best can be done! Thank you!
