I was also scammed by this guy. I lost over 10k, he kept my scooty for 1 month, used it, broke some parts. I finally got it today after involving local police station. I'd advise you the same. This guy has kept your vehicle in Kolkata only, he just tells stories. I'll file a case in consumer forum, request you also to do it. Let's stop him from scamming others.
What I found that People from Gati Kwe Shyambazar is involved with him. While asking for more money, he shared one Gati docket. I have been told continuously that my bike is in Guwahati but as we don’t have anyone there, we were unable to track it. I tweeted the picture of the docket number of Gati and the next day a person from Gati called me and confirmed that the bike is in kolkata only.ultimately recovered the bike from Gati. I think he keeps the bike in their store room and keeps on taking money from people. He needs to be punished. If you have any idea, please do share.

I'm was given a docket number - 421724162 which never gave any results on Gati website. He even shared a bank account number in the name of Gati.
I'm filing a complaint in the consumer FORUM, let's do whatever we can from our end and hope this ### gets caught.
Check out his previous company - United Packers, same kind of scam he ran.
The gst number of Rivigo is also suspended and registered in some other state.
