Be aware. you will loose your item and also end up giving money. he is totally fraud. he will send you the lowest quotation then will ask money showing different reasons. i have shipped one bike and started with insurnce, then driver asking money, and then driver took the money and left item in middle . this way he siphoned 21000 just by giving a quotation of 5700/- and still i have not received the bike. be aware. this is totally fraud . gst number i fraud.web address is fraud.

Worst packers and movers from Kolkata. there website is www.rivigopackers.com which is not exists. they are at 72/8, Daspara Road, 1st floor, Liluah, Howrah-711203. They are completely fraud shipping agency. They will tell you story to loot from you like driver is denying to ship your stuff and ask for money, for transit insurance ask for money et etc. I was end of paying 50k for a suv to ship from Kolkata to Bengaluru. Guys please be aware of this guy. I would strongly recommend you to go for branded movers.

It is located in daspara howrah Lilluah and asking more money after picking up the luggage. I don't know what to do as he is saying that the luggage would be thrown annd no one would be responsible .

I placed an order with the company to ship a 30kg load from Kolkata to Delhi on 6th March 2022. After a lot of deliberation, a man who claimed to be a representative of Rivigo came to the pickup location (my house) on 8th March 2022, billed me the amount, and left stating a pickup team will arrive shortly to pick up the package. Nobody came to pick it up and when I called the number provided on the bill a man picked up (said his name was Partho Santra) and made up excuses for 2 days. After that, he stopped picking up calls altogether. 5 days later he picked up my call and said that this was a scam and I am not going to get my money back.

A person named Partho Santra introduced himself as an official of Rivigo Packers and Movers. He took our new car for transporting from Kolkata to Ernakulam on 3rd January 2022. It is 2nd February today and apparently, the car is "stuck" in Chennai. Still not on its way to Kochi. Now, I don't know what happened to my car or whether I will get to see the car again. The person - Partho Santra - is not even picking up the calls.
