Rivigo — payment not released after many verbal and written reminders

We are mm groups, providing transportation services. Rivigo is like brocker who is providing truck load for our trucks. We have received advance partial payment of 7 laods. Services already rendered to rivigo but still the partial payment is not received yet after many reminders. Just today we have cancelled one load as fright amount was very low, their co-ordinator/executive (Ms suman) is threatening us to not give remaining pending amount and to block our id in rivigo.
Please help us to provide our pending money from rivigo asap.
