Third standard service. Delayed delivery from rivigo side, even Courier service received item on time from Amazon online.

Frustrated. Order item is to be received on 19th July 2023.Every day it is showing that it will be delivered today and by now 6 days over. Will not be there to receive item on 7th days.

Careless Approach....

1.Consignment with held for 11 dyas in Nashik Hub
2.Mean time battery was removed from the motor bike
3.Brand new battery stolen...

Rivigo Logistics - A never to deal with company.

Enfield Classic with held at destination since 10 days.

Booked to transfer motor bike through proffessional couriers paying full amount and over to Rivigo.
Picked up on time, and with held at source for 3 days, reason: Payment pending.
started off after three days and reached destination Nashik on 21st March. The motor bike is not
delivered...

I have not received my consignment for washing machine ([protected]).
Booking date is 16th of March but still it's not reachable.the consignment is still Hyderabad.I have called so many times I apex packers and movers but we can not provide proper information as well.
Can you please let me know what can I do next. Please give me suggestions....

Hai sir. Pulsar 150c booking with u company rivigo. Booking No :[protected] .i have delivery at 30/11/20 Monday. (1)missing battery (2)doom broken. (3)side stand broken....

I transported my bike using Rivigo . Upon receiving, i saw a huge dent on fuel tank which has happened due to mishandling while transportation. Consignment number - [protected]....

We are mm groups, providing transportation services. Rivigo is like brocker who is providing truck load for our trucks. We have received advance partial payment of 7 laods. Services already rendered to rivigo but still the partial payment is not received yet after many reminders. Just today we have cancelled one load as fright amount was very low, their co-ordinator/executive (Ms suman) is threatening us to not give remaining pending amount...
