Hi guys my name is robbin smith, i along with my friend, went to a site visit to rk enterprises projects, they showed us 4 projects, one is near to yelahanka, two in chikkabalapur and the other in bagepalli.
one is panchayat khata, remaining two or dtcp approval and the other one is also panchayat khata.

For gods sake never into these type of companies and shell out your money, none of them have a loan in bank, managers tells all type of lies and squeeze your money . once you pay one lakh they pay you documents for legal verification, documents are ok but none of the projects have developed i had seen this project in the year 2008, still it is in the same condition .

in Future i do not think so there willbe any development iam not telling this company is fraud, documents are ok but these projects do not have any bank loan, your money will get struck. these people will tell that they have attached to vijaya bank and dhfl, which is not true they have sanction letter without the letter heads of banks, blindly do not belive people. there is no development from past 8 years .

Managers tell hundred lies and they give big advertisements in paper, bangaloreans teach them a lesson by not getting into this type of idiot companies .

This companies does not have any brand value in this market, these projects are very far from city .

Very dirty company for site visits they will come to near by location, for gods sake never get into this type of companies and spoil your money

Updated by robbinsmith After seeing the advertisement in the paper my name is deepak, i along with my wife went for a site visit, they showed us three projects two after chikkabalapur and one near bagepalli.

they have project extended 500 acres of land and many blocks, none of the blocks have approach roads, it looks like forest none of them have proper identification .. project has a deserted look they do not have bank tie ups for loan, managers are un professionals they look like gundas, they do not have courteous approach, they give limited information, none of them look like professionals idiotic company,

they gave a different rate at the starting, at the end they negotiate with a flat rate and take thm to their office at hebbal, they do not even offer water to drink . no bank tie ups all false information .

middle class and lower middle people never fall into trap of this dirty company all are uneducated stupid people working for their comforts . the ventures are not even to give 300rs they say 500rs

for heaven sake never get into this company, nor never give money for this un branded idiotic company

see i have seen rainbow residency look how they are managing, no proper roads, no maintenance, no security, it is a forest never invest in this dirty and stupid company

Hi guys I am vibha, I have booked one site in California County in the year 2010 and also got registered. I felt it has got good appreciation. Now all approach roads are there and club house work is on in the final stage. I felt this is a reliable company. You can invest here. I agree development is slow but 100% titles are cleared.
