Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Imamjafar Shirur, a customer of Vijay Bank with account number [protected] at the Tadas branch. I have noticed that there is an outstanding balance of Rs.10 in my account, which is impacting my credit score with SIBIL. I would like to clarify that I have not taken any loans from the bank.

I kindly request your assistance in deducting the outstanding Rs.10 from my account and closing it permanently to resolve this issue. This will help prevent any further impact on my credit score and future loan applications.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Please let me know if any further information is required from my end to facilitate this process.

    My Name is Ashok Talwar (Age 68Yrs) and Indu Talwar ( Age 65Yrs) are the resident of Thane - Maharastra since 1992.
    In 1983 while we were staying in Vadodara we got married. After marrige[protected] we had taken a safe safe locker with Vijay Bank Alkapuri Vadodara.
    Since I was working with a company, we got transfered. We had kept our valuable articles in the locker. We did operate the locker upto 1986-87.
    We have misplaced our locker number as well as its key.
    Recently after our retirement, we started looking for old documents. It is true that we have not operated our locker for more than 2 decades. About a couple of years back we approched the VIJAYA Bank ( now Bank Of Baroda). Initially we communicated with them thru emails and also visited the Branch and submitted our case. We made a request to let us have the status of our safe locker held with them. The manager and their staff are refusing to indulge on this by saying there is no such locker on our name.
    this is totally absurd and lie. The Branch Manager as well as their staff are not co-operating despite our several request. We had gone to their RO and directed to lodge a complaint.
    It is hard to swallow by us as we are the bonfide and genuine customer. We are prepared to give any kind of surety or gurantee and we reitaited that we had taken the locker.
    It may be a case that due to non payment of its rental, the Bank had to open/break the safe locker in terms of the contract. However we are fail to understand as to why the Branch/Bank is not providing the details/status of our locker and belongings.
    Despite our vigrous follow ups, the Branch officials are beating the bush around. May we once again request the Branch/the Bank to provide us details of our safe locker held with them. We are prepared to provide any kind of surety or gurantee duly supported with our Aadhar Cards/Pan Nos etc etc.

      Sir I am vikash Kumar the loan hloder of vijya bank branch kashipur samastipur Bihar due to illness and my job loss I am unable to pay 6emi of my education loan I talk with my bank manager and told him my all situation I also told him that I pay my emi regular by next month but they not understand my problem they told me that your loan account is already gone in npa you to pay all 6 emis in one time immediately other wise a police complaint file aginst you sir how I pay 6 emi in one time if loss my job please help me to understand my situation

            I have made a fixed deposit in Vijaya Bank in 1990.
            But now when I want to claim that money the bank is telling that my name is not in there system.
            At the time of my deposit many of my colleagues also made such deposits and there name is also showing in the system.
            But my name and few other people names are not showing in the system.

                Respected sir/mam
                i m Roopali Nagina from Jalandhar i am the owner of the tata Nexon car financed by your bank.(Branch IFSC:BARBOVJKHUS) (KHUSROOUR JALANDHAR)I am totaly harrased by the bank as your manager mr. gaurav saxena is not entertaining me as a client . The speaking skills of your manager is very harsh and rude and i m totally fed up.As per the goverment rule no one can finanace any vehicle in absence of RC.But that man has finanaced without RC.Due to his wrong guidence we are suffring from a year .that car we cant take it out of staion not even in city too . this is only a statue for us . i dont know that how can you hire such person who is spoiling the reputaion of your bank.

                pls look into the matter and solve out the things at the earliest.

                    The last dividend amount received was in the year 2009, after which we have not received anything.

                        श्रीमान जी मेरा नाम धर्मेंद्र है मैं भारतीय वायु सेना में कार्यरत हूं मेरा बैंक अकाउंट गुड़गांव सेक्टर 14 मैं स्थित विजया बैंक में है जिसका खाता नंबर है[protected] श्रीमान जी[protected] को मेरे अकाउंट से ₹25046 फॉर ट्रांजैक्शन हुई जिसकी शिकायत मैंने बैंक में और उसी समय ऑनलाइन फोन करके की थी जिसमें मुझे यह दिलासा दिया गया कि आपका पैसा वापस आ जाएगा परंतु ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि आपका पैसा एटीएम से निकाला गया है तो हम आपको एटीएम की सीसीटीवी फुटेज दिखाएंगे परंतु उन्होंने अभी तक मेरे को सीसीटीवी फुटेज नहीं दिखाई मैं समय-समय पर बैंक में बैंक मैनेजर और कर्मचारियों से मिलता रहा हूं परंतु मेरे केस पर कोई भी काम नहीं किया गया ना ही उसके बारे में कोई मुझे जानकारी दी गई श्रीमान जी मुझे बड़े परेशानी के साथ यह कहना पड़ता है कि आपके बैंक में मैंने पैसा चोरी करवाने के लिए नहीं रखा था मेरा सैलरी अकाउंट आपके बैंक में था मैंने उसके लिए बहुत सी बार शिकायत की और बार-बार मैं नजरों से मिलकर उसके बारे में बात करता रहा कि मेरे केस के बारे में क्या किया जा रहा है परंतु मैनेजर बदलते रहे और आखिरकार बैंक भी बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा बन गया अब मैं उनको रेगुलर मेल कर रहा हूं परंतु मुझे कोई भी जवाब नहीं मिल रहा मेरी मेल का कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जा रहा मुझे सीसीटीवी फुटेज दिखाने के लिए कहा गया था जो कि आज तक नहीं दिखाई गई मुझे इतना परेशान होना सिर्फ इसलिए पड़ रहा है कि मेरा अकाउंट आपके बैंक में था इसमें मुझे आपके बैंक वालों की भी मिलीभगत लगती है आपके बैंक मैनेजर अंजना चौहान ने मुझे बार-बार कहा कि नहीं आपका पैसा वापस आ जाएगा परंतु आज 5 साल बीत गए हैं अभी तक मेरा पैसा वापस नहीं आया यही नहीं मेरी फाइल भी घूम कर दी गई है मैं अपनी f.i.r. और शिकायतों की कॉपी तीन बार बैंक में देकर आ चुका हूं परंतु उस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही मुझे बड़ा गुस्सा भी आ रहा है कि हमारे पास इतना टाइम नहीं होता कि हम बैंक के चक्कर लगाते रहे मुझे बहुत ज्यादा हरासमेंट किया जा रहा है बैंक से मुझे कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जा रहा अब अगर मैं बैंक में जाता हूं तो कह रहे हैं कि बैंक तो बदल गया है क्या मेरा पैसा खाने के बाद ही बैंक बदल गया है और मेरा पैसा खाया है तो उसे देगा कौन यह बड़ी मेहनत की कमाई है जो मेरी सैलरी से आई है कृपया करके मुझे मेरा ₹25040 वापस लौटाया जाए

                          The following transaction refund have not been received in my account .

                          [protected]

                          The transaction is done by debit card to amazon and these are refund reference no

                          refund reference #399121 amount rs. 3999 dated 7th august 2020
                          refund reference #337321 amount rs.6999 dated 6th august 2020

                          I have attached a copy of payment of my digital passbook

                          One out of two complaint was resolved saying that amount was refunded and will be credited in my account in few days, however later the status of complaint was changed i have attached screenshot of complaint having two different replies.
