I was filled a application form of rscit course in oct. 2013 from your center SOFT-TECH COMPUTERS Barmer. they were not taking my classes as prescribed.Center directorinformed me on 01march 14 that my exam was scheduled on 02 Mar. 14. so in short period of time I cannot appear in exam. after that I contacted to center for resubmit my application form but he said that your name was not appeared in list so that you have to submit a fresh application form with full fees. further I contact with VMOU, Kota & they guided me to contact with RKCL. i contacted RKCL Jaipur and stated my grievances to Surbhi Vijay on 17 June 15 also replied same. my contact no.
