[protected] Sunday I booked a bus to Bangalore from RKK Travels, booked from RKK Travels booking office which is located near koyambedu, I was seated in their office approximate 20 to 30 minutes. Then they told some other location there their one more office which mainly for bus waiting shed. So there also I was waited around 30 minutes. Then Bus arrived all (other passengers) get in the bus, I went and confirmed the seat. Then I asked the Ticket checker that shall I have a quick urinal pass, then this person told me to go and come. Then I went, took less than 1 minute means seconds. After that I came back there is no bus and the ticket checker. Then I went back to the Waiting room, Then I saw this guy is sitting there. I asked politely what Happened? so this guy started in a rude way that I checked your seat, you didn't get in the bus that's not my issue, but I already asked him the permission as above mentioned. Now He started putting that you are Drunken so we can't let you in the bus.
if they are suspicious of me as drunken then before pay they should have told not allowed, but I wasn't. Then I lost my Time (4hours) and money (1530/-) there and booked one more bus and reached to banglore.
NOTE: They showed some other QR code when the time of pay. I'm suspecting that they purposefully did that for the reason of stop follow-up queries, and I'm Truely believe that this is not first time they doing this. I'm not the only prey for them. Please Kindly do the needful action. I'm strongly believing this portal and expecting my refund.
I have the payment screenshots and their whatsapp infos message details.
I can submit all the proofs of evidence. Was this information helpful? |
