I had requested to close my Upstox demat account & I received a link of procedure to close the same.
But the Third step ‘Select a reason to close account’, the tab isn’t working & unable to select or type my reason.
I’d chatted with online support, but he needs the closure reason via same procedure only.
Point is while onboarding a new customer they’ll do their work proactively.
I had raised a request 3-4 week ago, till now they haven’t close the account because action is pending from my side which is to select reason to close my account.

While onboarding I had received multiple calls for assistance, but for closure, Hardly any tried to reach me over call.
I need a account closure mail in order to submit at my office & it’s URGENT.
