Rkt Tours And Travels — delay in departure

I had to board my bus at 12.45 from bangalore to chennai in the noon. The bus had a heavy delay and we had to start from the madiwala bus only at 1.40. They mentioned that we’ ll reach by 8.30 max. But significantly we reached trichy chatram bus stand only at 9.30. These travels people doesn’t know the value of time at all. Because of this delay, i had to face several consequences. Speaking about the abi’s ve of the bus, it has got the most dirtiest materials in town. I’m not even kidding. The worst bus travels ever. I’m definitely going to sue this travels.
