Red bus seat number and rkt seat number are not matching and they are too rude and using words which is related to body shaming....

Dear Sir/madam,

I'm to state that i had booked the ticket in your bus for the date 11.12.2024 03:00AM to travel from Salem to Trichy in Redbus. I was informed that the bus was cancelled and i will get the refund (Rs. 740.5). But till now i haven't received the refund. If required i can visit your office at Salem to collect the refund. Kindly do the needful.

We booked tickets from bangalore. To thanjavur, as they. Mentioned in timings we have to reach thanjavur in 7 55am but its. Past 8 am we r not satisfied with this travels

I booked Villupuram to Chennai in rkt tours and travels..I reached on time but driver abused me verbally ..I am a single girl who came for travelling..he shouted on me very badly... please consider this..
Villupuram to Trichy 2:30 to 5:30.

I booked 5 tickets from bangalore to trichy on 10th November for Diwali. Today 26th October, they cancelled all the tickets by mentioning service not operable. I checked few bus booking platform like redbus, paytm, amazon, the service is operable by 8:45am. They increased the price from 900 to 2500 and cancelled all our tickets.

Its really unethical and RKT try to cheat the passengers by canceling the ticket and increasing the price.

Worst service. Staffs are NOT courteous..Bus is used as a parcel service rather than a passanger transport system...not on time. Also

In karaikudi bus ...rkt staff not supported ... passenger... using wrong words... I going to purchase one water bottle...he is not accepting...

Today morning 10:30 bus but bus started at 10:20 itself from stop, morning as usual traffic we are coming from marathahalli.

He was very bad and harsh in respond to 2 ladies
They return back without getting bus, both are scared to get into bus.
It’s not about money or time, there should be some basic humanity and respect expected from drivers and helpers, so are not god...

We were traveling in RKT bus on 28 October 2019. The A/C was not working properly. The bus was running late due to poor repair and maintenance. We inquired about the same and got rude response from the driver. We observed similar behavior with our co-passengers. We didn't get the service as promised by the company and we were treated in a disrespectful manner.

Complaint : the bus driver or conductor has not stopped properly in a point for passenger's refreshment for atleast half hour in between 8 hrs of travel. They didn't inform us as they were stopped at a point and when we asked it, they replied back as they could only allow 10 mins for passenger's refreshment that too without any intimation. They took the bus and moved when a passenger was paid for a tea and waited nearby. We didn't use restroom until we reach destination point.

Worst experience with rkt travels.. Was traveling from bangalore to thanjavur. Pick up point not clear. You call their contact person he will never receive the call... Bus came very late... Driver does not know the pick point of bomanahalli.. He calls and asks us to guide for point by asking us to stand on road and show hands.. Bus driven slower than cows and buffaloes.. Keep stopping for washrooms every now and then and wait for 30 minutes... At trichy they asked to move to another bus.. I reached almost 2 hours late... Please never ever travel in rkt travel.. Pathetic service.. No proper response

I had to board my bus at 12.45 from bangalore to chennai in the noon. The bus had a heavy delay and we had to start from the madiwala bus only at 1.40. They mentioned that we’ ll reach by 8.30 max. But significantly we reached trichy chatram bus stand only at 9.30. These travels people doesn’t know the value of time at all. Because of this delay, i had to face several consequences. Speaking about the abi’s ve of the bus, it has got the most dirtiest materials in town. I’m not even kidding. The worst bus travels ever. I’m definitely going to sue this travels. Thank you rkt for the gutter level experience and count your last days in service.

On 2nd december 2018, i had booked tickets from trichy to bangalore at 21.15 departure from central bus stand. Vehicle no ka 01 ad 1208.

The worst services observed during the journey from trichy to bangalore.

Started late by 30 minutes - delayed by 2 to 3 hours for non compliance of documents, bus halted by rto at mid night.

Last sleeper seat no uf 1 totally broken all glasses all over.

Please do not book through rkt tours and travels

This is worst travels i have ever seen. They have almost changed us to 3 buses from bangalore to kombakonam.

First from madiwala they took us to hosur in one bus it was the worst bus. They wasted almost one hour to search the bus and shift us to the other bus. The bus was so bad not worth for 890rs. Even in this bus later they said they're going to thirichy and we need to take another bus to kombakonam. If this is the case you should have informed us well i'm advance. We were going for some important work and going to be late just because of all this.

Adding to the my below complaint, they stopped the bus at villupuram for break and after that ac is not worked. We reached perungalathur and they shifted all koyambadu passengers in another non ac local bus where as we paid for full sleeper ac. Now 9 pm but still the bus has not reached but it suppose to reach by 7:30pm.
Had all worst experience in single trip. I strongly recommend not to use this cheap travels

I booked ticket from trichy to chennai, boarding time 1:45 pm. The rkt executive wrongly sent 3 bng passager in chennai bus and 11 left the chennai passagers in boarding point itself (We are inside rkt travel office). After knowing that, we all sent in bng bus and got the chn bus near chatiram bus stand. My worries is, mistakes will happen sometimes but somebody has to take responsibility. Here, they blaming only that executive, discussing about salary deduction but not bothered about customer. After getting into right chennai bus, i asked the driver but he is arguing that his job is only driving and not checking. My concern is, if he too cross checked at trichy itself the mistake may not be happened. And non of rkt travels staffs the executive, the lady sitting in trichy rkt travels and the driver not tried to ask apologize to the customers. The people still don't know the meaning of service but they are into service industry. Due to such few people's, the whole name of the transport get spoils.

I never seen such a bad service in my whole life. Travelled on 20th August 2018 Bangalore to velankanni. In RKT travels bus number KA 52 C8598

1. They travelled around 50KM extra to deliver their commercial luggage.
(To mannargudi and then going to tiruvarur. It's two different directions)

2. Every town they unloaded luggage aroung half and hour. No exaggeration. They dropped me in velankanni 11AM instead of 6AM

3. They took local passengers between towns (mannargudi - tiruvarur - Nagapattinam - velankanni) they waked me up from sleep in mannargudi not let me sleep by Thier (local passengers) load talk.

4. The driver was in red t shirt and was using hanse ( government prohibited drug ) in his lips every 1 hour by adventure driving. He just took both hands from driving wheel and doing this. I really shocked and got scared. He did this in inter town narraow roads. It's crazy moment as I was sitting front.

5. Helper was in dirty white t shirt he was really amazing in abusing with bad words to travellers who asked about delay.

6. Another great stuff they did inside bus. They removed many seats and filled with commercial luggage ( image URL attached below)

7. I forgot to take picture of air conditioning holes. My seat ac hole(broken) was tapped with cello tapes. I moved around 3 seats to settle in good one after passangers get down. I realized mine was the best. Because other ac holes are broken and you can not close.

8. They refused to open side door because they already filled with their commercial luggage.

I booked a/c bus ticket in rkt travels from thanjavur to bangalore through redbus on 25th dec 2017 and they charged more than the normal ticket. I also accepted that price, because it was festival season, but they provide ordinary push back bus service that is also upto hosur (Place which 50 km behind bangalore), then asked us to change the bus, because the bus which i travelled was not had the permit to enter into karnataka.

My petition is they know these details before itself and they try to hide it from us and use the situation to earn money. If they provide another bus at starting time itself means i wont get frustration, i will appreciate their services. They use our money to build their business. For example normal ordinary pushback ticket price is around rs.800 max, but they charged rs.1100 per head, it means 300 more for one ticket and calculate it for 50 people in the bus. This is the way use to steal public money for expanding their business

Don't book these travels bus. No punctuality first of all. Then they changed my seat without informing me. When asked the driver, cleaner and office staff talked rudely. No issues were listened and solved. They ignored my call for hours and talked bad words. One driver pulled a fight with me and threatened me that he will kill me. People in the office talked bad words and talked very rude, no managers were seen. Such a worst company and i've seen them talking rudely to lady passengers aldo.

I am lokeshwaran. I booked ticket from bangalore to trichy a/c sleeper for my sister today 09/10/2016 - 09.00 pm bus starting from bangalore and from madiwala boarding time 09.30 pm (She came and waited from 09.15 pm) but the bus didnt came until 10.45 pm also staff not responded prooerly. After knowing that i made a call no one attend the call and also no one receieve my phone too. Alternate bus came without non a/c and getting her to electronic city junction at 11.30pm they are changing from non a/c to a/c bus.
Note: my sister was afraid about the issue. I highyly disappoint about the issue. Also blaming us we came late and got information of we went to electronic city.
