Road — overcharging of toll fee

I entered nice road while returning from bangalore at 2/53 pm on 21st july 2019. As there were cars behind, toll collector was rushing through and when i offered rs.100 he returned just 31 and two chocolates.in a hurry my driver collected and drove and when i checked the balance paid, i was shocked to see the toll collector has coolly pocketed the difference. Instead of paying 65, he paid just 31 and gave us two chocolates. As we had moved ahead and it was difficult to go back to the booth. Transaction id is 4000827 and operator id is 5514. Now it is clear that there is a novel way you can get cheated at toll boths while driving.
