Karnal road. Ref: Complaint with the control room dated 27.9.2011. Sir, As per our telephonic discussions on 29.9.2011, I would like to submit that a long patch of the G.T. Karnal Road from Gurudwara Nanak Peao to Azadpur is lying in worst condition and unconstructed by MCD civil line zone for the last 6 years. 2. It is not understood, why the very busy road kept unattended by MCD authorities when the said road is very useful for the people visiting Engineering College - MTNL Exchange,- Gujrawala Town- Gurudwara Nanak Peao,- Sant Kirpal Bagh,- Guru Harkrishan Public School,- New Gupta Colony- Rana Partap Bagh from Azadpur. 3. Moreover, a large number of people are using the way to attend marriage functions in a numbers of banquet halls in this area of G.T. Karnal Road. Due to non- construction of the G.T. Karnal road from Azadpur to Gurudwara Nanak Peao after installation of the deep sewer pipe lines for the last 6 years, the traffic is not flowing properly. Moreover, it is causing accidents day to day due to uneven/ubar khabar way, while it is 100meter road both side. People are facing problems regularly. 4. The engineering department concerned are not taking the matter seriously. In view of the position explained above, you are, therefore, requested to kindly issue necessary instructions to the concerned Engineers/Officers for construction of the said road without any further delay and oblige lakhs of people. I would like to brought to your kind notice that the names of officers/engineers and their contact numbers provided on WEBSITE are not updated.
Most of the officers/engineers names and their telephone numbers are not found correct when I tried to contact the different officers of Civil Line Zone and West zone, I could not contact them.
Kindly issue necessary instructions to the officers concerned for updating the directory provided on MCD ONLINE which is really useful for the residents of Delhi.

Traffic and Road facility — Porr condition of Traffic and Roads in New Delhi Railway Station
Respected Madam/Sir,Every day we are talking about New infrastructures and Commonwealth games and investing billions to make it right. But have you guys ever imagine about how aweful and poor the first look of Delhi's heart is. Yes, I am talking about Capital of India's Railway Station's Main Gate (Paharganj).
All the tourists accross the World first land in this Railway Station (if they are travelling by trains) and no doubt they are getting the Idea about the poor infrastructures of Capital after seeing its Main Railway Station.
Outside Main Gate (Pahar Ganj) the street is very narrow and occupied by Shop keepers. And on top of it, heavy traffics (Buses, Cars, scooters, riksha, auto riksha, tempo, etc) moving like a snail. Which cause nothing but miss the train for hundred of people everyday.
Mis-management of Traffic policy can be seen. No Traffic officer bother to handle the worse situation..
No proper Main Gate installed to enter and exist New Delhi Railway Station and Main Gates are occupied by Riksha pulllers.
The Situation of this Area is very pathetic and need urgent and necessary actions.
Please please help our Tourism, help our Capital and help our reputation in International countries.
